PLEASE NOTE: If you have respiratory symptoms OR are a close contact of a confirmed COVID case and request an IN-PERSON appointment, you will need to present your NEGATIVE COVID (RAT) RESULT on arrival to RECEPTION STAFF.

When You Arrive:

CSMP is a CASHLESS, PRIVATE FEE practice. You can settle your account via card ( Debit , Mastercard or  Visa ), or PayPal !

To maintain social distancing, please only bring a maximum of ONE (1) other person to your appointment (i.e. 1 child + 1 parent ), and please only seat in the marked areas.

Masks are required while on site (for yourself and anyone attending with you). If you do not bring  a mask, you'll be required to purchase one whilst on-site. 

We use the TIS service for appointments that require translation services. Interpeters are used over the phone, not in person!
