SO we can best help...

This service should be used for general enquiries, results follow-up and non-urgent clinical questions, not to request referrals or prescriptions.


If you require immediate attention, please click HERE to dial 000 and request an ambulance, or attend your nearest emergency department.


For clinical questions or results, you may be contacted by:


  • our practice nurses, OR
  • your regular GP.


Please allow up to TWO (2) business days for contact following submission, although this may be longer during busy periods. Please be advised that should you request your results be emailed, these will be not be encrypted.


CSMP email is configured for OUTGOING communications only - we have no address for incoming communications with limited exceptions.


If your request is more urgent (but not an emergency), please book an appointment with ANY AVAILABLE GPs.


This portal is monitored Mon-Fri (8am to 6pm) and Saturdays (8am -1pm). Any requests made outside of business hours will be addressed during business hours ONLY.


CSMP accepts NO LIABILITY for requests made outside of these hours, or if your GP does NOT respond within 72 hours.


Telehealth charges MAY APPLY if you request a GP to contact you.
