CSMP is a general practice facility that provides services to independent GPs, helping to better serve the health needs of the local and wider community.
GPs working here maintain full professional autonomy in the treatment of their patients.
GPs work with the CSMP team of administrative staff and practice nurses.
Douglass Hanly Moir have a pathology collection centre operating from the premises.

Dr Katherine Bruce completed a Science/Arts degree at UNSW before completing her MB, BS postgraduate degree at the University of Sydney. After graduating, she worked predominantly in western Sydney hospitals before starting her GP training. She completed her GP training here at Church Street Management Provider Pty Ltd and then moved out of the area. She had worked part-time in a practice in the western suburbs of Sydney whilst raising her family. Her special interests include mental health and women's health.

After growing up in rural WA, Kate completed her MBBS at the University of Western Australia, graduating in 2016. She has since worked in rural NSW, completing her GP training in the Shoalhaven, including an advanced skills year in community palliative care. More recently she has worked in the Central West, and has enjoyed adding some part time tutoring of student doctors to her routine. Kate enjoys providing holistic care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, and welcomes new patients. She will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dr Rada Germanos (she/they) graduated from The University of Sydney in 2016. Prior to completing General Practice training in 2022, she worked in emergency medicine, and outreach primary care with people experiencing homelessness in the inner-city.
Rada is interested in most things medical - she has additional training and experience looking after children and young people, people with a lived experience of homelessness, and sexual and reproductive health.
Outside of work, Rada is usually found cycling, diving, camping, reading, fixing things, and doing community projects.

Dr Madhuri Jiwane did her MBBS and Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the Government Medical College in Nagpur, India. She then did a diploma in hospital management and healthcare. She has always had an interest in women's health and has continued to work in obstetrics and gynaecology after she migrated to Sydney with her husband, Dr Ashish Jiwane, who is working as a paediatric surgeon at Sydney Childrens' Hospital in Randwick. Women's and children's health will always remain her main interest.

Dr Prue Kirby graduated in 1979 and spent two years at St Vincent’s Hospital. She then worked for two years in Taunton, in the South-West of England. Upon returning to Sydney, she trained for general practice in Bathurst and then settled in at the Edgeware Family Practice where she has happily spent the past 30 years, and now continues that work with us at CSMP. She enjoys all areas of General Practice but has a special interest in Antenatal Shared Care, Paediatrics, Women’s Health and Mental Health. Prue also works at an Indigenous Practice in Liverpool on Tuesday.

Prior to studying medicine at the University of Sydney, Dr Sean Kristoffersen served in the Australian Army and also as a scientist within the pharmaceutical industry.
Following completion of his medical studies, he undertook further training in skin cancer diagnosis and management as well as minor surgical procedures. Sean speaks Norwegian and his interests include his Christian faith, Sports Medicine and Low Carbohydrate nutrition.

Dr McKenzie brings with her a wide range of skills and experience, particularly in indigenous health, paediatrics, chronic disease and reproductive health.
Heather can also lay claim to helping SWSLHD achieve the highest rates of COVID vaccination amongst Aboriginal people in NSW through her community involvement and engagement, and has published in a number of journals for her work with the NSW Cancer Institute on genetic mutations in melanoma.

Dr Janet McLearie has worked as a GP now for over 20 years. She received the medal for the Diploma in Children's Health in 2009, and paediatrics remains an area of special interest for her, along with women's health, antenatal care, adolscent health and family planning.

Ben was born in Sydney and moved to Newcastle to study medicine. After graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2016, Ben loved Newcastle so much that he stayed on to work and complete his junior doctor and GP training. Upon finishing GP training in 2022, Ben and his wife moved to Sydney to study at bible college.
Ben enjoys many aspects of general practice, particularly preventative health and mental health. He also has a developing interest in diabetes and cardiovascular health. Ben has previously completed the Sydney Child Health Program.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys the beach, good food, tennis, and board games and is regularly involved with his church and bible college community.

Having graduated from Sydney University in 1988, Helena completed three years of hospital work in Canberra. She commenced working in general practice in Newtown in 1992 and attained her fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1994. After 10 years of practice on King St, she joined CSMP in 2002. Her special interests include dermatology, sexual health and women’s health (and house renovation), and she speaks Polish.

Ran (pronounced "Zahn") grew up in Wollongong prior to moving to Sydney to study medicine. Graduating from UNSW, he worked as a junior doctor in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital before starting his GP training.
During his training, Ran has worked in many areas of Sydney, including Kogarah, Bankstown and Kirrawee as well as in Bexley North.
His medical interests include all aspects of general practice, preventative health, mental health and paediatrics. He otherwise is known for being a cycling tragic, wannabe barista and music lover, while being active in his local church.
Areas of Interest:
Eddie graduated from Queens University in Belfast in 1997, and has worked at various hospitals in Sydney, doing critical care and paediatrics (in which he gained a graduate diploma from UNSW). He was recognised as a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2009, and has worked as a GP since then.
