Bulk billing and Veterans Affairs billing request money from either Medicare or the Dept Vet Affairs.
N.B: Bulk Patient Verification is run TWICE a day (once BEFORE 8am, and once after 1pm):
1. When billing a patient, to either bulk bill
or send to Veterans Affairs, choose MedicareDirect Bill from the dropdown menu in the billing window, and click Store to retain the account for later transmission to Medicare/DVA.
