If a patient calls and says they have chest pains or shortness of breath (SOB), then tell them to hang up and call 000 to request an ambulance.
If a patient walks into the practice and complains of the same symptoms, then call the ambulance for them
after you contact a nurse.
N.B: this should occur REGARDLESS if the patient is registered with CSMP or NOT.
