Vaccine Clinic Instructions

Please READ the following when you're coming in for a vaccine or other injection:
Arrive on Time
DON'T come in early for your appointment
- so we can keep social distancing, please only come in at your appointment time to avoid crowding the waiting areas!
Check in with Reception
Let admin staff know when you've arrived. If you're early or the nurse/doctor are running late, you may be asked to come back (don't go too far - we'll call you when we're ready)!
2 visitors MAX
If you're coming in with a family group (i.e. 2 or more people ), please only come in groups of 2 . If you're coming in with the kids, please come in with one parent/one adult at a time, and wear a mask!
Bringing your own vaccine?
If you've picked up a vaccine from the pharmacy, drop it off with us ASAP
- vaccines need to be stored in specialised fridges. We'll hold onto it until your appointment time.
Wait for 15 minutes after vaccination
To make sure you don't have a reaction to the vaccine, please stay nearby for 15 minutes, in either the waiting areas or our courtyard!
