If patients call for general advice, feel free to book for a telehealth appointment in the NURSE's list; if you feel the issue is more complex, book with the next available GP. If NEITHER are options, then click on the TOP RIGHT button on the Stream Deck to open a message, and then send to the their regular GP:
Patients should NOT be put through to the doctor. If they insist they missed a call, inform them that "the doctor has just taken someone in, but I can get them to call you back when they're done?"
