What areas do you feel CSMP needs to address in order function more effectively for both staff and patients? (N.B: Please give responses in POINT FORM, as these ideas will be further discussed in an all-staff briefing).

Education events (e.g. Small Group Learning, Medical Educators and Specialist Speakers):

Providing education for doctors in education (e.g. University Student Placement, Registrar Training with GP Synergy)?

Do you feel that the current patient fees for medical services should change?

Do you feel there is sufficient flexibility in the current fee policy to prevent patients from avoiding care due to financial constraints?

Do you feel that there should be a universal billing policy for consult items (3, 23, 36, 44)? For example, bulk-billing for concession/pension card holders ONLY, standard/concession fees for all other patients?
