Once completed, please note the following:
When your referral or script is ready:
You'll receive an SMS from us to let you know it's ready for collection
OR sent to its destination.
If there is a fee, your SMS
will contain a PayPal link
to allow you to settle your account quickly and securely. Once payment is received, you'll receive ANOTHER SMS
once your paperwork is on its way!
We'll retain your script or referral for ONE (1) month
on site if a payment is required. After that time, the link will become inactive
and you'll need to resubmit your request.
If your usual doctor is away, your request will be sent to another doctor. Please check our calendar to see if your regular GP is on leave!
