NEW PATIENTS

New patients need a DOUBLE appointment, except when booking for:

- SEAN KRISTOFFERSEN (for SKIN CHECKS)

N.B: When booking new patients, let them know that:

- Pension and HCC holders are billed at our CONCESSION rate

- We can give them their rebate on-site

- They'll need to complete the online NEW PATIENT FORM to confirm their appointment.

Once the patient has received the SMS and completed their form, we do the following:
