Processing Fees
Most out-of-consult prescriptions will incur a $30 processing fee. Once a patient receives their SMS to collect their script and comes in to do so, do the following:
1. You'll need to create patient account from the main window of Best Practice:
You'll need to search for the relevant patient, then click Select. Once chosen, the Account window will pop up. N.B: you'll need to select a provider FIRST before you can bill any items!
Next, click Add Item - the code is PRO.
From here, process the payment as usual!
