Eligibility for Telehealth

ALL patients are eligible for telehealth - however, patients that have NOT attended the Practice in the last 12 months will be ineligible for a Medicare rebate, except during a Government-mandated LOCKDOWN.

Patients with a government-issued concession, pension or health care card are eligible tpo be charged at our concession rates.
