Care Plan Bookings
Care Plans (GPMP/TCA) and Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)
Care Plans, also known as
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), are intended to help the management of chronic disease. A new care plan involves two items, one for a GP Management Plan (GPMP -
721), and the other for a Team Care Arrangement (TCA -
723).
Care Plan bookings (GPMP/TCA) for ALL doctors are
30 mins, except:
- Helena TORPINSKI (45 mins)
Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs) allow patients rebated sessions with a mental health professional (psychologist). The initial plan (item 2715
for brief planning, 2717
for long planning; 2700
for brief without mental health training, 2701
for long without training)
Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) are
30 mins for ALL DOCTORS, except:
