The standard appointment is FIFTEEN (15) minutes. If a patient hasn't attended within TWELVE (12) months, they'll need a THIRTY (30) min appointment.

Automed also won't let a patient book if they have not attended in person in a year.

Best Practice will make a patient INACTIVE after 2 years with no visits (including non-visits).

 You will need to find them in Best Practice and re-activate the patient before Automed will be able to find them!
