Health Assessments (HA) and Cycles of Care (DM)
For both Health Assessments and Cycles of Care, you'll need to:
1.
Book 30 mins with the
NURSE
2. followed by
15 mins with the
DOCTOR
Once booked, label the appointment as <AGE>HA (where AGE is either 45 or 75) or
DM as appropriate.
