Immunisations/Vaccinations

There are TWO (2) types of vaccination appointment:

1. Childhood Vaccination

and

2. Travel Vaccination

For CHILDHOOD:

- Book 30 minutes with the DOCTOR,

- 15 minutes corresponding with the SECOND half of the appointment with the NURSE (labelled as 'Assisting Doctor')

- However, if a NEW patient, book a NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT, following the same pattern as above (i.e 15 mins with nurse corresponding with SECOND half of appointment).

N.B: 6 week vaccinations can ONLY be done AT 6 weeks or OVER; NEVER under!

For TRAVEL:

- Book for 15 minutes with the DOCTOR, unless they are a NEW patient, in which case book a NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT.

SPECIAL NOTE - Yellow Fever:

- as this vaccine requires special training to administer, it can only be booked with the following GPs (15mins OK):

- Dr Kate HILL

- Dr Eddie RICE

- Dr Elspeth MAN

- Dr Ran LIU

- Dr Madhuri JIWANE
