For clinical questions, you may be contacted by either our practice nurses or a GP. Please allow up to TWO (2) business days for contact, although this may be longer during busy periods.

If your request is more urgent (but not an emergency), please book an appointment with ANY of our GPs.

This portal is monitored Mon-Fri (8am to 6pm) and Saturdays (8am -1pm). Any requests made outside of business hours will be addressed during business hours ONLY.

CSMP accepts NO LIABILITY for requests made outside of these hours, or if your GP does NOT respond within 72 hours.
