Sending and Receiving Mail

Receiving Mail:
- The Practice receives one mail drop per day of correspondence.
- All letters are to be sorted and scanned (in a similar way to scanning general documents). Please click the button below to review

- Cold Storage Deliveries (usually vaccines) should be passed on to the next available nurse upon their arrival.

Sending Mail:
- all outgoing letters (referrals, Rx, etc.) should be put into envelopes with a postage stamp attached, and the Practice stamp embossed on the BACK of the envelope.

N.B: Anything Labelled with the Australian Government/Department of Human Services Logo (Medicare) should be left with the Practice Manager!
